Sergio has a sound and varied experience in ICT Management for local and International firms, where he developed a wide vision of processes and workflows.
As an IT Manager in Smith & Nephew (Healthcare) he reorganized the IT, coordinated the ERP implementation and built important solutions for business management in the Healthcare market. As a Service Manager for WPP Group (Communication and Advertising) he built the Italian Servicedesk for the newborn Shared Service Centre, obtaining important results in effectiveness, resource management and savings. Recently, as a Project manager for IBM he implemented important digitalization and e-invoicing projects, significantly streamlining document workflows and improving their control. He is also a speaker and trainer for intelligent use of technologies, online security and conscious use of connected tools. |
