CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING FOR ENERGY
The Customer is an industrial group , with italian background, active both in components’ manifacturing and in EPC suppies for Oil &Gas and Power Plant.
Our activities were devoted to a detailed analysis and to development and promotion of a new industrial plan, and to relevant implementation. Activities’ mix has been revised, with dismission of some branch. Also the relationship with financial/ banking system and stakeholders was improved/recovered
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
The Customer is SME with a diversified process automation know how active in italian market, with some meaningful export experiences.
After a detailed analysis of human resources technical skills an industrial strategic plan has been developed in order to figure out a growth process through an organizational development in existing activities ,new tecnologies and industrial partnerships. The process is already in progress
MARINE SEGMENT
the Customer, a company with strong tradition suffered a shrinkage of its traditional products.
In this case the suggested strategy is based on a revision of product mix togheter with an internazionalization process in order to find proper channels/partners and a financial plan for relevant investment.
INDUSTRIAL COMPONENTS
The customer is a medium size italian company , high tech components’ producer, with a well known brand in international market, that had started a diversification process with inorganic growth. The results were not satisfyng.
After a detailed analysis of the previous choises and relevant results a new plan was elaborated selecting the new activites that could easily be integrated in the existing product lines and activites to be addressed towards new partnership
