Letizia Giannico, born in 1976, graduated in Political Science from the University of Perugia and in Psychology from the University of Trieste. Always interested in development and education, she expanded her knowledge by obtaining certifications in NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming - and in coaching; furthermore, she underwent counseling training and is a member of the Italian Association of Counselors - A.I.C.O.
Additionally, she has gained extensive and comprehensive experience nationally and internationally, working with multinational corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises, providing support and consultancy in areas related to human resources, training, and communication. Particularly in the field of human resources, she has been responsible for national and international projects in Retention and Performance Management, as well as in human capital management and enhancement. She hosts a regular column on coaching and counseling topics in the monthly national magazines "Dimensione Benessere" and "Dimensione Bio", and is engaged as an expert to discuss these topics on radio broadcasts. The acquired skills, enriched by field experience, form the foundation of an integrated approach that Letizia employs for interventions aimed at change, learning, and growth applicable to individuals and organizations. |
