After his Classical High School Diploma, graduated in Physics from the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Pavia, obtained a scholarship for research in Mathematics at the University of St. Petersburg and followed in-depth courses in Planning and Control and Strategic Marketing.

He got a wide experience of working abroad, especially in South America, Mexico, USA and Eastern Europe and speaks fluently, in addition to Italian, English and Spanish.

• Business experience in two companies: CINCINNATO Consulting and ARCONTE Document Management
• VEM and VEB, electric vehicle manufacturers, as Project Manager and Mobility Expert
• FAST Federation of Scientific and Technical Associations, as EU Project Manager and Energy Expert (Cogeneration, Renewable Energies, Energy Efficiency, Hydrogen) and Mobility.
