Elmondo Presutti has gained extensive experience in the continuously evolving Energy Sector, consolidating technical-commercial skills in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy. This experience has enabled him to engage with complex and diversified industrial contexts, starting from the French utility EDF and then continuing within the Italian entrepreneurial group ATB, which operates internationally in Heavy Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, and EPC Contract Management. Over the past 10 years, he has held positions as Managing Director, with responsibilities for leading Divisions/Companies, guiding significant corporate reorganization projects and development initiatives, including new business models, product lines, and market areas. As a general manager, he has consistently focused on product and process development and continuous organizational improvement, acquiring comprehensive competencies in Project Management, Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing Operation Management, and International Business Development, with consolidated experiences in Europe, Latin America, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. Elmondo strongly believes in the ongoing energy transition towards the use of renewable energy sources and the optimization of energy consumption within a framework of digital and sustainable business organization. His work experiences have taught him that corporate culture, human factors, and innovation are at the heart of every process of change. He graduated in 1991 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy from ENSE3 in Grenoble, France.
