Claudio Rocca
Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Claudio began his career at Banca Commerciale Italiana before joining the Montedison Group in the Finance department, where he focused on subsidized finance and medium to long-term financing.
Subsequently, for several years, he worked in Private Equity, first at COMEBA in Turin, a company within the Fiat Group, and then at Heller Investimenti in Milan, a company within the General Electric Group. During those years, he was involved in the acquisition of medium-sized industrial companies, overseeing due diligence and the legal and financial aspects of the acquisition operations. He then transitioned into the medical sector, overseeing the internationalization process of medium-sized companies until he held the position of General Manager of ASO Europa, a subsidiary of the ASO Group, a global leader in the production of first-aid medical devices. For the past few years, he has been working in management consulting, assisting entrepreneurs in business management, with a particular focus on international market development and corporate finance. |
