Graduated in Political Sciences and in Statistics at University of Milan, Master of Business Administration at SDA Bocconi School of Management, Alessio has twenty years of experience in the Chemical sector, since 2004 with the position of General Manager.

During the course of his job activities, he led the Company towards great growth and achieved remarkably important goals. This experience has also enabled him to develop great meditation and negotiation skills, having to govern the business generational passage and support second generation entrepreneurs, featuring different visions: synthesis, managerial style and problem solving, all to manage the organization in full respect of operational logic and business strategies.

​He has also been Professor of “Business Management and Business Planning” at Bicocca University in Milan for the course of “Science and Chemical Technologies”.
