He had responsibility for 178 employees and approximately 200 Agents divided into 4 divisions, each led by a Business Director. In addition to legal responsibility and overall P&L, he had dotted line reporting for all services: CS, Logistics, and Finance. As a member of the European Leadership Team, he contributed to all strategic decisions made in that context.
